SaveIt requires an active 4G or WiFi data connection to log in and view saved data.

I am having trouble logging in
           If login issues continue after uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your phone. If the problem persists, please visit www.saveitmobileapp.com and send message to info@saveitmobileapp.com.
 
I forgot my password.
        Click the “Forgot Password?” link on the SaveIt login screen and follow the on-screen instructions. We are unable to retrieve your account if you forget or lose access to the email address you used for registration.
 
How do I reset my password?
            Go to User Profile and tap change Password. Type in new password and then confirmClick the “Forgot Password?” link on the SaveIt login screen and follow the on-screen instructions
 
My inbox is not populating with my texts, photos, or voice mail.
            SaveIt requires an active 4G or WiFi data connection to log in and view saved data. It may take up to 30 minutes for texts to be reflected in the SaveIt app. Photos and Voicemails should be reflected within a few minutes.
 
My unanswered calls are not being answered.
             SaveIt requires conditional call forwarding to your SaveIt Voicemail number to play greetings and capture voicemails for unanswered calls. Open your User Profile in SaveIt and tap the “SaveIt Voicemail” button to configure. You may need to contact your carrier to ensure your call forwarding configuration. Please visit the “Get Started” page for your carriers forwarding numbers.
 
How do I save a photo that is embedded in a text?
            Save a photo from a text message by long-tapping the photo and choosing from the menu prompt that pops up.
 
When I touch the screen I am having trouble saving to a folder.   
           Make sure you long press. Yes. Long press when in doubt.
 
What does the Search Term Search?
            The Search Term field searches the content of your texts, voicemail transcriptions, and photo titles and notes.
 
I am having trouble saving my custom greetings.
          SaveIt requires an active 4G or WiFi data connection to save your custom greetings.
 
Can I assign the same contact to multiple greetings and what happen if I do?
            SaveIt will assign a contact’s custom greeting to the greeting you most recently added that contact to.
 
Can I assign multiple tags to a folder?
            You cannot add tags to a folder.  Tags are added to Texts, Voicemails, and Photos. You can add multiple tags to them.

How do I stop a greeting once I have finished?
            Hit the stop button on the recording interface.
